Coinvention 2019 to Shine Spotlight on the Best in Blockchain

What better place to create a platform that catalyzes ideas, projects and start-ups in the blockchain space than Philly? The city, after all, is cradle of the Republic, bearing both the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. It’s no surprise, then, that, after last year’s success, Coinvention is returning to the Birthplace of America. Yes, Coinvention is back, rallying the blockchain community – developers, enterprise companies and enthusiasts – for a two-day event at the Loews Hotel, September 20-21, 2019.

Day one will be devoted to a hackathon featuring workshops led by select entrepreneurs and designers. Over 100 developers are expected to attend. On day two, the main conference gets underway. Speakers are scheduled to include Maureen Murat of the Cogent Law Group, Nick Spanos of Bitcoin Center NYC and Jonathan Keim, communications director of NetworkNewsWire.

Murat, who is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and Florida, specializes in securities, tax, business and crowdfunding law. Spanos is the founder of Zap.org and the inventor of blockchain voting and multi-branched blockchain. Media guru Keim has helped hundreds of publicly traded companies, as well as many of those in the crypto community, achieve maximum visibility through press releases, syndicated articles and social media postings.

In all, the conference is expected to feature 32 leaders and innovators in the crypto space speaking on mass market blockchain adoption, regulation in the industry, applications of the technology and related issues. Presentations will be segmented, with three or four keynote addresses and demos, followed by Q&A, eight STO/ICO presentations and several panels for follow-up discussion. On both days, there will be ample opportunity for networking, with a meetup on day one and a mixer on day two.

The two-day convention will provide a unique channel through which companies can broadcast their visions and reach target audiences. It will also be an integral part of Philadelphia Blockchain Week (September 15-22, 2019), which is also powered by Coinvention.
