On Wild West Crypto Show, LiteCoin Lisa Says that Her Charity May Be Among the First to Accept Crypto

The Wild West Crypto Show keeps getting better. In Episode 55, ‘LiteCoin Lisa talks Charities’, presenters of the show, Drew Taylor and Brent Bates, chatted with crypto advocate and influencer Lisa Davis, aka LiteCoin Lisa, who was named ‘Woman of the Year’ by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Davis, whose daughter died from a rare form of lymphoma, has founded a charity that funds organizations providing adoption, foster care and support services for special need and medically fragile children. Davis expects that, soon, her charity – Team Mighty – may be able to accept donations in cryptocurrencies. Given the appreciation potential of such assets, a dollar’s worth given today could turn into much more tomorrow.

Thanks to crypto evangelists like Davis, Taylor and Bates, blockchain and crypto technologies are gaining increasingly widespread adoption. If the crypto revolution achieves nothing more than making life easier for the many children with debilitating medical conditions, like Davis’ daughter, who was born with half a heart, it will have made the world a better place. It stands a good chance of doing exactly that, for crypto is transcending barriers of all kinds. Davis confessed that she was actually introduced to crypto by her 70-year-old mother, who gave her a gift of LiteCoin – a revelation that, as Bates remarked, shows that crypto is contrarian.

Taylor and Bates continue their adventure to tame the wild, wild crypto west, making it intelligible and more accessible to young and old alike. In weekly broadcasts, they’ll bring you up to speed on what’s currently happening in the space. So, if you want to get the lowdown on crypto and blockchain, tune in to the Wild West Crypto Show, now on TV in 45 cities across the nation.
